Asst manager - QA (HVAC-QMS)

Work Location :- Malur - Karnataka

To lead and manage quality assurance processes, systems, and teams in the manufacturing of bus air-conditioning systems, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, and other applicable standards. Support audits (internal/external) and lead corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).Maintain process documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, and Control Plans. Drawing study knowledge

Address customer complaints and warranty issues through 8D/Why-Why analysis. Liaise with OEMs/bus manufacturers for resolution and communication. Drive improvements to reduce field failures and warranty cost.
Expertise in QA tools: 7 QC Tools, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.
