Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Quality Manager

to lead and manage the overall quality assurance and quality control functions at our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, improving processes, and maintaining high product quality levels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems and procedures Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product quality inspections Identify quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve quality performance Manage internal and external audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records Train and guide quality team members on quality tools and best practices Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 8-10 years of experience in Quality Management in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and audit processes Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 7 QC tools, and root cause analysis Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams
