Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor the
Quality Management System
across production units
Ensure quality checks from
raw materials to dispatch stage
Conduct
incoming, in-process, and final inspection
of furniture (metal & wood)
Ensure adherence to
design specifications, durability, and finishing standards
Coordinate with production & design teams for quality improvements
Identify product defects and take
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Manage
documentation, reports, and quality records
Ensure compliance with
ISO/QA standards
and safety protocols
Handle customer complaints related to quality and ensure resolution
Conduct training for workers on
quality and workmanship standards
Skills & Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in furniture manufacturing
Strong understanding of
joinery, fittings, hardware, CNC operations, metal fabrication & surface finishing
