Job Description

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control and quality assurance processes in the FRP division. This role ensures that all products meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) for FRP manufacturing. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Coordinate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to improve product quality. Prepare and review quality documentation, reports, and certifications. Lead audits (internal & external) and ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards. Train and mentor quality control staff to maintain high standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and process efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience in quality management in FRP, composites, or similar manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality control tools, and QA methodologies. Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies. Exposure to customer audits and supplier quality management.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
