We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Quality & Technical Engineer - Ready-Mix Concrete

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical and quality-related aspects of ready-mix concrete production. This includes managing a concrete testing laboratory, conducting trials at the batching plant, and ensuring all activities comply with relevant IS standards. The role involves product development, improving existing formulations, and implementing robust quality control measures across raw materials, in-process stages, and finished products. You will also play a key role in supporting customers with technical solutions and addressing site-related issues in collaboration with plant personnel.

Candidates should have a

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Building Materials, or Chemical Engineering

with

5 to 8 years of experience

in construction materials, preferably in the ready-mix concrete or cement manufacturing sector. A strong understanding of concrete technology, quality control processes, and ISO documentation is essential. The role also includes maintaining accurate laboratory records and assisting with ISO certification documentation. Polytechnic graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply. This is a full-time, six-day working position offering hands-on exposure to quality assurance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
