We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team in the Food and Beverage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across our operations. This includes conducting audits, managing quality systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, including ISO 22000, HACCP, and other relevant standards.
2. Audits and Compliance: Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and customer audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
3. Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new products meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
4. Supplier Management: Evaluate and approve suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards.
5. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures, policies, and standards.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate quality-related risks, ensuring prompt corrective actions are taken.
8. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present quality performance reports, analytics, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within the Food and Beverage industry.
