Qualifications:

and other healthcare quality standards Experience in handling audits, compliance reports, and staff training programs

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hospital-wide quality improvement and assurance programs Ensure compliance with

NABH

NABL

, and other healthcare quality standards Lead the preparation and successful completion of internal and external audits Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and quality manuals Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinical/non-clinical quality indicators Conduct regular quality checks, risk assessments, and root cause analysis of incidents Organize staff training programs on quality, patient safety, and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate documentation for audits, corrective actions, and accreditation processes Collaborate with department heads to improve workflows, patient satisfaction, and safety protocols Lead quality committee meetings and generate monthly/quarterly quality reports for management
