1. Develop, implement and oversee quality improvement to ensure delivery of the highest quality patient care, optimal patient flow, provider productivity and continuity of care.
2. Develop a conceptual framework for quality measurement and improvement activities across clinic sites. Summarize findings in the annual Quality Improvement (QI) Plan.
3. Work with Director's, CEO, as well as members of Management to develop and ensure the implementation of policies to minimize risk within the organization.
4. Manage and oversee Clinical Coordinators, Population Health Specialist and Care Coordinators.
5. Engages in the planning and implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program, including risk management reduction, which includes ensuring compliance with HHC policies and procedures as well as health, safety and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA.
6. Develops and administers the quality education process formulating quality improvement programmes for employees
7. Prepares Internal Audit Schedules, assisting with Internal Audits and Audit results
8. Recommends quality tools and techniques to be used in measuring the companys quality performance and variations; and solving quality problems
9. Recommends procedures and guidelines to direct the practices used in performing corrective action
10. Reviews Non-conformances, Corrective Actions, Observations, and Patient Complaints for repetitive trends, recommendations for changes and/or processes
11. Assists in developing, writing, and implements Quality System Procedures, Company Standing Instruction and Company Work Instructions
