Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Quality Assurance Manager

to lead and oversee all quality systems and processes at our beverage manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, compliance, and quality control, especially within the

beverage or FMCG industry

, and will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards across raw materials, in-process checks, and final product testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor

QA/QC protocols, SOPs

, and

quality systems

aligned with FSSAI and other regulatory guidelines. Conduct

quality checks

for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure they meet internal and statutory specifications. Lead internal and external

audits

, ensuring readiness and documentation compliance. Manage

HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety systems

within the factory premises. Train production and operations teams on quality best practices, hygiene, and safety compliance. Conduct

root cause analysis (RCA)

and

CAPA

for customer complaints or quality deviations. Liaise with procurement and production to ensure supplier quality standards are maintained. Prepare and maintain detailed reports and dashboards related to QA performance and metrics. Ensure

cleanroom practices, microbial sampling

, and

lab testing protocols

are strictly followed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline. Minimum

4-6 years

of experience in quality assurance in the

beverage or food manufacturing industry

. Strong knowledge of

FSSAI regulations

, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other QA standards. Experience handling audits, compliance inspections, and documentation control. Proficiency in using MS Office, QA dashboards, and lab equipment. Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of leading a team. Should be open to working in a

factory-based role at Bahadurgarh
