Inspect and test incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
Perform in-process quality checks during paint manufacturing and filling.
Conduct routine testing of finished products (viscosity, shade, gloss, drying time, etc.).
Maintain quality records, test reports, and batch release documentation.
Identify quality issues and support corrective actions with the production team.
Assist in handling customer complaints and product feedback.
Ensure compliance with basic quality standards (ISO/BIS) and internal SOPs.
Support internal audits and follow quality procedures.
Ensure proper use and cleanliness of laboratory equipment.
Follow safety and housekeeping standards in the lab and plant.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering
Experience:
3-6 years in QC/QA in paint or coatings manufacturing or Chemical Company
