Salary: ₹75,000 to

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the Automobile Industry

We are hiring an experienced Quality Head to oversee the quality operations of our Aluminium Extrusion unit. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in quality systems and practices within the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the quality assurance and control department
Develop and implement quality standards for aluminium extrusion products
Handle customer audits and compliance
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Supervise quality engineers and inspectors
Ensure adherence to ISO/TS/IATF standards
Requirements:
Expertise in aluminium extrusion and automotive quality practices
Proficient in quality tools like 7QC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
