Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goals
Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain
Oversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and audits
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH, CE, UL), customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handling
Maintain and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and controls
Monitor and improve product quality metrics (e.g., FPY, PPM, COPQ)
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues
Drive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocols
Manage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams
Build a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement with the team
Interface with key customers on quality matters, audits, and escalations
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-quality and process capability
Support Regionalization, localization and new product development initiatives along with Asia Pacific team for specific site-based developments
Manage stakeholders as per organization structure
Who You Are:
You're a seasoned quality leader with deep experience in manufacturing. You drive compliance, and build high-performing teams. Your balanced technical expertise with strategic vision, ensuring quality is not just maintained but elevated as a business advantage.
For This Role, You Will Need:
10+ years of experience in quality leadership roles within manufacturing, exposure to valves/coils or related components will be an added advantage
Deep knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Six Sigma, GT&D)
Proven experience with ISO standards, regulatory audits, and customer quality systems
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
Experience with ERP and digital quality systems
Ability to influence across functions and drive change
