E. Documentation & Reporting

Key Responsibilities
A. QMS Implementation & Maintenance
Support the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Ensure that all company processes and procedures comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update quality manuals, SOPs, and documentation as per QMS requirements.
Track and report on quality objectives, KPIs, and compliance status.

Conduct awareness sessions and training for employees on quality standards, ISO requirements, and QMS procedures.
Support in building a quality-first mindset across the organization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or Science discipline.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal quality audits across departments.
Support external audits and certification processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other applicable standards).
Document and follow up on non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure audit readiness and continuous compliance with regulatory guidelines.
C. Departmental QMS Coordination
Work closely with all departments to ensure quality standards and QMS practices are implemented consistently:
HR: Ensure employee training, competence records, and awareness of QMS policies.
Accounts/Finance: Verify compliance in billing, documentation, and record management.
Purchase/Supply Chain: Ensure vendor qualification, supplier audits, and incoming material inspection records.
Sales & Marketing: Ensure accurate documentation of customer requirements, contracts, and feedback records.
Design (Electrical & Mechanical): Ensure design inputs, outputs, verification, and validation processes are documented; manage engineering change control and design reviews as per ISO requirements.
Testing/QA Lab: Ensure test records, calibration, and validation procedures meet ISO requirements.
Stores/Warehouse: Ensure traceability, proper material handling, identification, and FIFO practices.
Production/Manufacturing: Monitor adherence to SOPs, process quality checks, and product conformity.
Dispatch/Logistics: Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation during shipments.
Service/After-Sales: Ensure service records, customer complaint handling,
