Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards and regulations.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits; lead audit preparation and corrective action plans.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, process performance, and customer satisfaction.
Manage document control systems to ensure timely review and revision of controlled documents.
Provide training and support to departments on QMS procedures and quality-related topics.
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Participate in customer and supplier quality activities, including complaint investigations and supplier audits.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
Quality Documentation
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Other Degrees
Experience with internal auditing and document control systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QMS software tools
