:

1. Inspect coated components for surface quality, thickness, and adhesion.

2. Monitor thermal spray parameters and ensure compliance with standards.

3. Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections using tools like micrometers, DFT gauges, and surface roughness testers.

4. Record and maintain quality reports, rejection data, and process deviations.

5. Collaborate with operators and supervisors to address quality issues.

6. Conduct periodic audits and assist in process improvement.

7. Ensure adherence to ISO and safety standards.
