Job Description

A Quality Line Inspector ensures products meet specified quality standards throughout the production process. Their responsibilities include inspecting materials, monitoring production, and recommending process improvements. They also verify products meet industry standards, maintain detailed records, and communicate findings to relevant teams.

1. Inspecting Materials and Products:

Raw Materials:

Quality Line Inspectors verify that incoming materials meet quality specifications before they are used in production.

In-Process Inspections:

They monitor the production process at various stages to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.

Final Product Inspections:

They conduct thorough checks on finished products to ensure they meet all requirements before release.

Using Inspection Tools:

Inspectors use various tools, like calipers, gauges, and micrometers, to measure and assess product dimensions and features.

Electronic Inspection Equipment:

They may also operate specialized electronic inspection equipment and software.
2. Monitoring Production and Processes:

Ensuring Adherence to Standards:

Inspectors ensure that the production line and processes are following established procedures and safety regulations.

Recommending Adjustments:

They may recommend adjustments to production processes or equipment to improve quality and efficiency.

Identifying and Addressing Issues:

Inspectors identify defects or deviations from standards and collaborate with other teams to resolve them.
3. Documentation and Reporting:

Recording Inspection Results:

They maintain detailed records of inspections, including any defects or deviations found.

Reporting Findings:

They communicate inspection results and findings to relevant stakeholders, such as supervisors and production teams.

Analyzing Data:

Inspectors may analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
4. Other Responsibilities:

Staying Updated:

They stay informed about industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to quality.

Training and Guidance:

They may provide training and guidance to other team members on quality control procedures.

Promoting Safety:

They ensure that all inspection activities are conducted safely and in accordance with safety regulations.

QUALIFICATION: Diploma, Under Graduate-Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical engineering,

Gendar: Male

Age limit:18-25

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
