Qualifications

:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience using

Vernier Calipers

and other precision measuring tools. Basic understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances. Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Preferred Skills

:

Experience in automotive, engineering, or CNC machining industry. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards. Familiarity with control plans and inspection reports.

Use

Vernier Calipers

, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments to inspect dimensions. Compare product measurements with technical drawings/specifications. Identify and report any non-conformities or defects to the production and quality teams. Maintain proper documentation of inspection results and records. Ensure that rejected products are properly tagged and segregated. Follow company quality standards and safety procedures. Assist in conducting root cause analysis for quality issues if required.
