Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the quality team, including Quality Executives/Analysts
Define, implement, and monitor quality frameworks, SOPs, and audit standards
Conduct regular quality audits and root cause analysis
Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Share actionable insights and performance reports with leadership and operations
Drive calibration sessions with stakeholders to maintain quality consistency
Collaborate with training teams to design improvement and refresher programs
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Support process optimization and automation initiatives
Handle escalations related to quality issues and ensure timely resolution
Required Skills & Competencies:

Advanced knowledge of quality metrics, tools, and reporting

in Quality roles, with at least
1 year in a leadership or senior quality role

BPO, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, or Service industry
