Conduct Mechanical Test: Operate the UTM machine and perform Yield Strength Testing (YST), Ultimate Tensile Strength Testing (UTS), and Elongation Testing (%EL) to determine the mechanical properties of materials.
Conduct Chemical Test: Operate the spectrometer to perform chemical analysis like %C, %Si, etc.
Charpy Impact Testing: Conduct impact tests to assess the load-carrying capacity of material. Sample Preparation: Collection, handling, and preparation of test samples to carry out the required test.
Traceability of Test Sample: Retaining the test sample and maintaining the proper traceability of the samples.
Test Result Analysis: Interpret test results, identify patterns, and make usage recommendations based on the test data.
Maintenance and Calibration: Ensure testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated to guarantee accurate results.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support development and quality control.
Proficient in operating advanced testing equipment and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret test results and make recommendations.
Work in a laboratory environment, following safety protocols and procedures.
Qualification: Mechanical/Automobile Engineer/Diploma.
