POSITION SUMMARY


Quality Invigilator is responsible for adhering live examination from various schools, clients and organizations with high regard to the exam integrity and identity verification, eligibility verification, and test environment securities.





Primary job function is to monitor and proctor all assigned live/online exam taker and making sure the organizational requirements and rules were observed towards the whole test. While providing the highest level of meticulousness and span attention, the Quality Invigilator flags all possible behavior and actions that are not acceptable towards the school, client and organizations policies and rules.

This role is a key position within the growing ETS team. As we operate 24/7, team members will

be required to work on a rotational shift. ETS will provide one-way cab service during off-hours

only.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Monitor candidates during their online session to ensure academic integrity Verify candidates' identities and ensure they meet the environmental and technical requirements for the exam. Provide clear instructions to candidates before the start of the exam. Report and/or escalate any suspicious activities or rule violations to the appropriate authority. Assist candidates with any technical issues that may arise during the test. Adherence to ETS policies for conduct is paramount in maintaining the integrity and professionalism expected of an ETS proctor.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS


Attention to detail: Proctors need strong attention to detail to notice if a student is using unauthorized outside resources to complete their tests. Integrity: These professionals often need to have strong moral character to monitor important exams impartially. Computer Proficiency: t's important for proctors to have a reasonable level of computer proficiency. They should understand computers Hardware, how camera is enabled, microphone is enabled, Drivers Settings, where to check if a Driver is installed. Assertive Communication: Proctors use communication Skills to explain the rules for exams to test takers to establish & uphold the declared order of decorum. Endurance/ Perseverance: Proctors benefit from having strong levels of patience as they must remain online with test takers for the duration of the exam, which sometimes can last around three to four hours. Comprehension: To share the rules for the exam with students, proctors need to be able to read them in advance and understand them so that they can address any concerns regarding exam regulations. Typing Speed: The Proctors must monitor the students for extensive hours which also requires them to be proficient in Typing the required messages or to log incidents during the examination time. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical skills to assist with troubleshooting. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE


Graduation. Minimum one (1) year experience as a non-voice online proctoring or at least have a BPO experience is a must.
