Line QC responsibilities

3 DH Room 2-hours once

4 Coding note (CFC & Laminate) Start of the shift -Laminate coding register

Hourly basis-CFC coding

5 Dough temperature Once in a shift. Dough temperature should be mentioned in the recipe checklist

6 CAPA Fortnightly

7 PCC & HMA -Moisture Hourly basis

8 PQRS Hourly basis

9 VLT Trice in a shift-Random machines

10 Batch wise sensory Line 1 & Line 2 (as per the batch wise)

11 Hold To be update on shift beginning and cleared by status to be updated on daily

12 Control sample To be collected at end of the shift from operator A-shift by 7:00pm & B-shift by 7.00am

13 PQI A-shift (6.30pm) B-shift (6.30am)-Ensure PS stamp

14 Baking time Once in a shift

15 Golden sample checklist Once in a shift

16 Variety change over & Line approval Every start up day & Changeover

17 Web checklist A-shift (11.00am to 12.00pm)

B-shift 11.00pm to 12.00am)

18 Interlock Once in a shift

19 Online product checking(stack, dia, colour, packet quality) Hourly basis

20 Infestation-50 packet seal integirity check Once in a shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
