Key Responsibilities:

Perform

in-process, patrol, and final inspections

on production lines Inspect components for

dimensions, visual quality, and functional parameters

. Use mechanical

measuring instruments

efficiently to verify product specifications. Identify defects, non-conformities, and escalate issues to the Quality/Production team. Maintain daily

inspection reports, checklists, and documentation

root cause analysis, CAPA

, and problem-solving activities. Verify compliance with

Control Plans, SOPs, WI

, and customer requirements. Ensure strict adherence to

5S, safety practices

, and quality guidelines on the shop floor
Conduct Red Bin Analysis, Rework Monitoring/Verification record Maintain as per mentioned Procedures.

Responsibility to maintain and verify documentation of FPA , FI & Patrolling as per the Record Matrix .

Knowledge of Measuring Instruments (Required):

Vernier Caliper Micrometer (Inside/Outside) Dial Gauge Height Gauge.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in an automobile or engineering manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
