Job Description

Conduct in-process and final inspection of products as per quality standards. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality parameters. Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). Identify, record, and report non-conformities or defects immediately. Maintain inspection records, shift reports, and quality documentation. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials as per quality guidelines. Coordinate with the production supervisor for quality-related issues and corrective actions. Follow ISO/Quality Management System requirements. Ensure calibration and proper usage of measuring instruments. Support rejection analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workplace. Strictly follow all safety rules and procedures during night shift operations.
