We are looking for a Quality Inspector with expertise in aerospace precision components with experience of 1-3 years to make sure our products fulfill the highest performance and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections on precision components for aerospace applications.
Execute visual inspections and measurements utilizing precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Guarantee compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory mandates.
Record inspection outcomes, instances of non-conformance, and corrective measures taken.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and enhance manufacturing processes.
Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment as necessary.
Provide reports on inspection activities and any discrepancies from established quality standards.
Carry out first article inspections, in-process evaluations, and final inspections.
Ensure adherence to AS 9100 and other pertinent quality management systems.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that products meet design specifications
