You'll be responsible to ensure quality standards are met and monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly and packing issues in a timely manner.

Ensure that all finished products meet the required quality standards and specifications before being packed. Supervise the packing team to ensure products are packaged securely for shipment, minimizing damage and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of packing materials. Submit daily reports on finishing and packing. Allocate daily tasks, manage workloads, and monitor performance to ensure daily targets are met. Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues or defects.
Experience:

Quality Inspector: 1 years (required)

Qualifications: B.E Mech or DME

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
