Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards and customer requirements. The role involves inspecting, testing, and monitoring operations throughout the production cycle to maintain high levels of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional checks on products using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Document and report inspection results, defects, and deviations. Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes. Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and company quality guidelines. Maintain inspection tools, equipment calibration records, and documentation. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality issues. Assist in training operators and staff on quality standards and best practices.
