Job Description

A Quality Inspector ensures products meet quality, safety, and reliability standards by inspecting and testing materials, components, and finished goods. Key duties include performing inspections, using measurement tools, documenting defects, recommending process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations before a product is released. Key responsibilities

Conduct inspections and tests:

Examine products, materials, and processes to ensure they meet established company and industry standards.

Identify defects:

Use a variety of methods, including measurement tools, to identify defects or deviations from specifications and blueprints.

Maintain records:

Document findings, including any defects, and create reports for supervisors and production teams.

Improve quality:

Recommend adjustments to production processes to improve quality and prevent future errors.

Ensure compliance:

Verify that products meet customer expectations and comply with relevant government regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate with teams:

Work with production, engineering, and management to resolve quality issues and meet production targets.

Attention to detail:
