JOB SUMMARY

1. Inspection and Testing:

Product Inspection:

Quality inspectors visually examine products, materials, and equipment for defects, such as scratches, dents, or improper assembly.

Measuring:

They use tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and ensure products meet specified measurements.

Testing:

They conduct tests to assess product functionality and performance, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Process Monitoring:

They observe production processes to identify potential quality issues and ensure adherence to procedures.

Compliance:

They ensure that products and processes comply with industry regulations, company standards, and safety requirements.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
