Quality Inspector - Aluminium Foundry

Experience:

Minimum 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Check aluminium castings during and after production Measure dimensions using Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, and other tools Inspect for casting defects like porosity, cracks, blowholes, and shrinkage Record inspection results and maintain proper quality reports Tag and separate rejected or non-conforming parts Follow quality checklists, control plans, and inspection procedures Compare parts with drawings and customer specifications Assist with final inspection and dispatch clearance Support internal and customer audits with relevant documentation Report any defects or quality issues to the Quality Engineer or Manager Work closely with the production team to ensure quality at every stage Maintain a clean and safe inspection area Follow ISO 9001 quality systems and company procedures

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
