to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in machining processes, documentation, and process improvement techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor

Control Plans

to ensure consistent quality and process stability. Prepare and maintain process-related

documentation

in line with industry and customer requirements. Interpret and analyze

technical drawings

and specifications for process planning. Apply practical

machining knowledge

for process optimization and problem-solving. Conduct

Why-Why Analysis

and root cause analysis for process and quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety norms, and quality protocols.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes Proficient in

drawing reading and interpretation

Hands-on experience with

process documentation and control plans

Knowledge of

problem-solving tools

like Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc. Good communication and team coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
