Quality Assurance : Diploma in mechanical engineering : 2 to 3 years experience in Pressure vessel/ Expansion joint manufacturing industries
Technical Drawing/Customer Technical data sheet review/study & ITP preparation o Raw Material (Stainless & Carbon steel) inspection clearance according to ASTM A240,516,A105,A106,A182 & IS 1062. o Forged components flange inspection & testing acc. to B16.5 o Inspection and testing of threading parts and report review o Stage wise fit up & dimensional inspection of fabrication parts (preferably EJ assembly) o Welding inspection of PT,RT, & RTFI as level 2 (acc to ASME & EN 17025) o Inspection & approval of EJ assemblies against-PED,IBR & ASME-U
