What you must have education

B.tech /Diploma (Mechanical)

Technical Skills

Basic Knowledge of APQP, 7QC tools,

and

IATF Documentation

Quality Parameters, Inspection Techniques, Inspection Instruments, understanding of technical drawings & blueprints, ISO documentation, MS Office & ERP

What you will do

To ensure incoming raw materials and components meet quality standards before being accepted for production.

To monitor outsourced job work components upon receipt to verify compliance with specified requirements.
*

To perform in- process inspection at difference stage -Machining, Forming, heat treatment & Assembly.
*

To identify defective or non-conforming parts and separate them with proper tagging.
*

To inform the supervisor or department in-charge if process variation or repeated defect is noticed.
*

To inspect final assembled chains or conveyors before dispatch.
*

To check for fitment, alignment, movement, and visual appearance of final products.
*

To follow sampling plans, QC procedures, and safety standards.
*

To assist in calibration of measuring tools and maintain them in proper condition.
*

To coordinate with production and stores for quality holds, rework, or scrap approvals.
*

To help ensure ISO or internal audit readiness by maintaining required documentation.
*

To coordinate with HODs, job workers, and outsourcing vendors to address quality concerns.
*

To work closely with the production team to align quality standards with manufacturing processes.
*

To maintain data security and confidentiality, and live by the HR Policy.
*

To provide reports to the Quality Manager/GM on a timely basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
