Key Responsibilities:

Quality Inspections & Testing

Perform

in-process and final product inspections

to verify quality and compliance. Conduct

physical checks/tests

on materials and products based on quality standards. Use

measuring tools

(e.g., calipers, gauges, checklists) where applicable. Record

inspection results and defects

accurately.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain

quality control records

and test results. Report non-conforming items and suggest corrective actions. Prepare and submit

inspection reports

as per procedures.

Process & Compliance

Ensure production follows established

quality procedures and safety protocols

. Identify

quality issues

and coordinate closely with production and engineering teams. Follow company and departmental

policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

12th pass / Higher Secondary

, or

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Engineering / Quality discipline

(preferred).

Experience

Freshers with relevant training or

0-2 years

experience in QC/manufacturing (varies by employer). Some roles seek

2+ years experience

& ability to work rotating shifts (specific companies like Micron).

Skills

Good

attention to detail and observational skills

. Basic

communication skills in English

. Basic

computer knowledge

for records or systems (often required). Ability to use

measuring instruments

and follow standard procedures.
