Responsibilities

Perform inspections:

Conduct regular quality checks on incoming materials, during production, and on final products before they are shipped.

Test and measure:

Use tools like calipers, gauges, and electronic equipment to measure products and verify they meet specifications and tolerances.

Identify defects:

Find and report any deviations from specifications or defects in materials and products.

Document findings:

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality issues.

Improve processes:

Work with production teams to resolve issues and recommend adjustments to the manufacturing process to improve overall quality and reduce defects.

Ensure compliance:

Make sure all company quality control procedures are followed during every phase of production.
