Song Chuan Automotive Parts India private limited is a subsidiary of song Chuan precision co. ltd Taiwan. established in 2019, started focusing production of Automotive plug-in Relays for automotive sector in India as well as global market. Song Chuan group companies have earned and maintained an excellent reputation for over more than 45 years in electro-mechanical power relays globally.

About the Role:

Conducting inspections in processes to ensure that the meet specifications and quality standards, recording results in reports, identifying and isolating non-conforming items, collaborating internally to resolve issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

Production Line Setup verification and approval for production process. First piece inspection, Last piece Inspection and patrol inspection as per Control Plan to meet the customer requirements. Daily/Monthly inspection records and related documentation for future references and audits. Poka-yoke verification and Error proofing samples verification Process verification as per work instructions. Monitoring and analysis of process rejection. Maintain 5'S at workplace.

Requirements:

Diploma, BE/B. Tech in Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical from any recognised institute. Must be curious & eager to learn new things and ability to work in team. Must have technical skills including drawing Readings etc. Basic computer skills including MS office tools. Good Communication skills & observation skills. Knowledge about operating various inspection tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. experience in Quality will be beneficial. Good verbal and written communication. Good interpersonal skills.
