Job Description

? Understand the requirement of customer & discuss with supervisor for fulfilling customer need.

? Establish & maintain good relation with customer, Quality department.

? Read & understand SOP/WI, acceptance Criteria, Master Samples etc.

? He should work as per cycle time, follow all breaks time and meet quantity with quality.

? Responsible for site safety requirements. Adhere to customer rules, regulations, and safety aspects at customer site.

? Ensure minimum business loss because of non-availability of man power, leave planning, overtime & flexible.

? Quality inspectors must understand blueprints, technical documents, manuals, WI, SOP ensures that product & parts meets quality standard.

? Quality control inspector examine, inspect (visually),test, measure materials or products for defects or deviations from specifications.

? Should write inspection sheet hourly basis, ensures parts inspected per hour with OK, REJECTED, HOLD parts & defects /part. Communicate to supervisor for same type of defect observed on no of same parts.

? He should know the flow of material. Also knows the location & packing material & bins for OK, REJECT, HOLD parts.

? Should know the all type of tag for ok. Hold, rejected material.

? He must know inspection identification criteria for ok parts like- identification mark, its location on part.

? Must know the daily dispatch plan for all parts.

? Communicate to supervisor for unsafe condition & unsafe act near firewall station. Should maintain 5S near firewall station.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
