Key Responsibilities:
Inspection:
Perform visual and manual inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
Testing:
Conduct functional tests.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of inspection results, defect reports, and quality logs.
Defect Management:
Identify faulty items, separate them from the production line, and recommend corrective actions.
Standard Compliance:
Ensure all processes align with company policies and ISO or industry-specific quality standards.
Equipment Care:
Regularly check and calibrate testing tools and measuring equipment for accuracy.
