Reporting to:

Quality Manager / Plant Head

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the production process. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections as per quality standards. Implement and maintain quality systems such as

ISO 9001

,

TS 16949

, or other relevant standards. Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation. Conduct process audits, product audits, and internal audits. Ensure calibration and maintenance of all measuring instruments. Coordinate with production, engineering, and supplier teams for quality improvements. Develop and implement quality control plans, SOPs, and work instructions. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as

5S, Kaizen, and Lean

tools. Monitor and reduce rejection, rework, and scrap levels. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field. 1-5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control (freshers can be considered if applicable). Knowledge of quality tools:

. Experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, etc.) Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage quality issues effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
