Job Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic quality assurance team at Nuetech Solar System Pvt Ltd. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inspection criteria. Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures. Lead training sessions for team members on quality control standards and best practices. Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Required and Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Deplomain a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline).

2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma or ISO standards.

Proficient in statistical analysis and quality control software.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred:

Experience with automated quality control systems and techniques.

Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, CQE).

Familiarity with regulatory requirements specific to the industry.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Proficient in quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control (SPC).

Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
