Quality Assurance & Control Lead - Electronics Manufacturing

Location: Bangalore | Experience: 5-8 Years

We're looking for a Quality professional to lead QA/QC operations in an electronics manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive implementation of ISO 9001-compliant QMS Oversee inspections (raw, in-process, final) and enforce IPC standards Lead root cause analysis & CAPA initiatives Manage supplier quality and performance Champion Lean, FMEA, SPC, and process improvements Create and maintain QC documentation and reports

Requirements:

B.E./M.E. in Electronics/Industrial Engineering 5-8 yrs in quality (min. 2 yrs in leadership) in EMS/SMT/PCB/Box build Strong in QMS, ISO, IPC-A-610, and quality tools Proficient in MS Office & statistical tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
