Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming, in-process, and final products.
Measure product dimensions using instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges, etc.
Identify defects, document findings, and follow up for corrective actions.
Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Coordinate with the production and quality team on quality-related issues.
Monitor rejection and rework analysis.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector (preferably in sheet metal).
Good knowledge of measuring tools and quality parameters.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings (added advantage).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and reporting skills.
