Job Description

1. Verify fabric quality (weaving, dyeing, printing, GSM, shrinkage, etc.).

2. Check trims and accessories (zippers, threads, labels, etc.) for compliance.

3. Monitor production lines to detect and prevent defects.

4. Ensure adherence to process parameters (stitch density, hemming, seam strength).

5. Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues in real time.

6. Perform visual and physical inspection of finished goods.

7. Random sampling for quality control using AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.

8. Ensure traceability by documenting batch numbers and inspection results.

9. Report defects, deviations, and propose corrective actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
