Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector for an AutoCast manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting casted components, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining proper quality documentation to meet customer and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished casted products as per quality standards. Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring instruments. Ensure products meet drawing specifications, customer requirements, and quality norms. Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and rejection data. Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions. Monitor casting defects such as blow holes, cracks, porosity, shrinkage, etc. Ensure adherence to ISO / IATF quality standards (if applicable). Support internal and external quality audits. Follow safety and quality procedures strictly on the shop floor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Foundry preferred). 1 to 4 years of experience as Quality Inspector in AutoCast / Foundry / Automotive Industry. Hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). Ability to read engineering drawings. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in AutoCast / Foundry quality inspection. Familiar with casting defects and inspection techniques. Local candidates from Bhiwadi / Alwar region preferred.
