Job Description

:

Product and material inspection:

Conducting visual and dimensional checks on raw materials, in-process work, and finished products.

Quality control:

Ensuring all products adhere to specified standards and regulations before they are shipped.

Testing:

Performing various tests to check the quality of products and the functionality of equipment used in manufacturing.

Documentation:

Maintaining detailed records of the manufacturing process, inspection results, and defects.

Reporting:

Creating and submitting reports on product quality to supervisors.

Problem-solving:

Documenting defects and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes.

Safety and compliance:

Ensuring the workplace is safe and adhering to all relevant quality standards and regulations.
