Quality Inspector

to join our team in Bidadi, Bangalore.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Quality Inspector

with experience in aerospace precision components to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections on precision components for aerospace applications. Conduct visual inspections and measurements using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes. Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment. Report on inspection activities and any deviations from quality standards. Perform first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections. Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality management systems. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that products meet design specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace or precision component industry.

Skills:

Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques in the aerospace industry. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation.

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).

Additional Requirements:

Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered. Immediate joiners are preferred. Willingness to relocate to Bidadi, Bangalore.
