Job Summary

We are looking for a

detail-oriented Quality Inspection Executive

to ensure consistent product quality across all stages of production. The candidate should be confident and capable of handling the production team on the shop floor, enforcing quality standards, and preventing defects before dispatch. Experience in

stainless steel manufacturing

will be a strong added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

in-process and final quality inspections

of stainless steel products as per defined standards Monitor production activities to ensure

compliance with quality specifications

Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and

initiate corrective actions

Coordinate closely with the

production team

to resolve quality-related issues Ensure

raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods

meet required quality benchmarks Maintain accurate

quality inspection records, checklists, and reports

Support implementation of

quality control procedures and SOPs

Assist in reducing rejection rates, rework, and wastage through proactive inspection Escalate critical quality issues to senior management when required Support internal checks, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong

attention to detail

and observation skills Ability to

handle and coordinate with production teams

firmly and professionally Good understanding of

manufacturing processes and quality parameters

Basic knowledge of

measurement tools

(vernier, gauges, calipers, etc.) Problem-solving mindset with a

quality-first attitude

Good documentation and reporting skills Willingness to work on the

factory floor

Experience & Qualification

Up to 2 years

of experience in

production quality / inspection

Prior experience in

stainless steel manufacturing

is an added advantage

Diploma / Engineering / BE / BTech

in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related disciplines
