Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Quality Incharge

to oversee quality control operations in our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in garment quality assurance and a strong understanding of various production processes and quality standards. The role is critical in ensuring that our products meet required specifications and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the quality control process across cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing sections. Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures in accordance with buyer specifications and industry standards. Monitor inline and final inspections to ensure product consistency and compliance. Identify defects and suggest corrective actions to production teams. Train production and QC staff on quality requirements and techniques. Prepare and maintain QC reports and documentation for audits and internal use. Coordinate with merchandisers, production teams, and buyers' quality auditors during inspections. Ensure adherence to compliance standards including AQL levels. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product and process quality
