Job Description

Develop and implement quality systems:

Create and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent quality.

Conduct audits and inspections:

Perform regular internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Monitor and analyze performance:

Track and analyze quality metrics, monitor production processes, and investigate quality issues and customer complaints.

Resolve quality issues:

Collaborate with other departments, such as production and R&D, to identify and address defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Documentation and reporting:

Maintain quality documentation, such as inspection reports and quality control records, and generate reports on quality performance for management.

Training and support:

Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, such as ISO or FDA requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
