Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (Metal Industry)

Oversee the quality assurance team and processes for metal production.

Develop and implement quality control protocols and procedures.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Train and mentor quality assurance staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards.

Proven track record of successfully implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,078.45 per month
