Key Roles and Duties



Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and specifications according to company and industry standards

Supervise and train production or project staff in quality practices, ensuring consistency across operations

.Conduct inspections, audits, and process evaluations at different stages of production to verify that standards are met and defects are minimized

Monitor incoming materials, ongoing production, and finished goods to eliminate non-conforming products and facilitate corrective action plans when issues arise

Prepare reports on quality performance, analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement, and lead continuous improvement initiatives (such as lean, Six Sigma).

Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure compliance and respond to quality-related concerns

Essential Skills and Qualifications



Attention to detail, data analysis, and strong written/verbal communication abilities

Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), regulatory compliance, and methods for risk assessment and process optimization

Leadership and team management capabilities, especially in training, motivating, and coordinating quality teams

.Educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, with certifications in quality assurance or control preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
